Refund policy

We have a 28-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, and then 14 days to ensure we receive the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Note that we are a small business and are unable to offer free returns at this time. This means you will need to cover the cost of returning the item. Note that items lost in the post will not be refunded, so we recommend using a tracked service. 

Returns Process
To start a return, contact us at earthentreasurejewels@gmail.com. We will notify you of the return address once you contact us, please ensure you use the correct returns address. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The refund amount will include the standard delivery fee you paid when you placed your order, but will not include any additional delivery fees you selected at check out such next day delivery. (For example, if you selected next day delivery you will be refunded the standard delivery cost only). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at earthentreasurejewels@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please look at your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
